You do not have to count which photos have a fireplace or a TV. We charge only for the photos where we added a fire or blacked out a TV.

Suggested: add a floor plan

Scan your home with your phone and get an ANSI aligned floor plan, plus a home report. It is a separate order, 30 Studio Credits, charged right away. You can also order one any time from your dashboard.

4. Check and send

Nothing is charged when you send your photos. We edit them first, then you see previews with our logo on them. Studio Credits are deducted when you download your finished photos, and you pay only for the finished photos. Sets of shots taken at different brightness come back as one photo, and that is how we count them.
