Tar Heel Agent Resources, LLC, doing business as FSBO Studio (“we,” “us”), runs fsbostudio.app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect

- Order and payment details, such as what you bought, Studio Credits used, and receipts. Our payment processor handles your card number, and we do not see or store it.
- Photos and files you upload, and the edits we make to them.
- Property details you give us for a floor plan or other service, such as the home address.
- Your email address if you join our update list.
- Your approximate location, such as your city, state, and country, which we work out from your internet address when you sign up. We do not collect your precise location this way.
- Basic technical information, such as your browser, device type, and pages visited, which our hosting and security tools may record.
How we use it
- To deliver your guide, edits, and other services, and to send receipts and order updates
- To run your account and keep the site safe
- To see roughly where our visitors are, so we can improve our service and measure how our ads perform
- To answer your questions and give support
- To send updates about FSBO Studio if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.
Your photos
We keep uploaded photos for 30 days. If you choose human editing, a person will see your photos. Please avoid including people, documents, or private items in your photos. We use your photos only to carry out your order and do not use them to advertise our services without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run FSBO Studio, and only what they need to do their job. These include:
- Payment processing
- Website hosting, database, and file storage
- Email delivery
- Image editing services, including automated tools and human editors
- Partner companies that carry out floor plans and other services you order, who receive the details needed to do the work, such as your email address and the property address
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or if our business is sold or merged. These companies have their own privacy policies.
Cookies and similar tools
We use cookies and similar tools that are needed to keep you signed in and keep the site working. On our public pages and after a purchase, we also use the Meta pixel. It lets Meta tell us how our ads perform and helps show our ads to people who visited our site. It records the pages viewed and the order amount. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker. If we add other tools later, we will update this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep uploaded photos for 30 days. We keep account, order, and payment records as long as needed to provide our services, handle questions, and meet tax, accounting, and legal duties. You can ask us to delete your account and information, and we will do so unless we must keep something for legal reasons.
Your choices
You may ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also ask us to stop sending marketing emails. Use the contact details on fsbostudio.app and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we will honor them as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Children
FSBO Studio is for adults who are selling their homes. It is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
